History
The Temple of Hygieia society was founded on April 17th, 2007 in Seattle, Washington. The intention behind its foundation was to gather together individuals who wish to retain the freedom to utilize alternative healing remedies and methods in conjunction with the conventional practices of their choice. The founder, Jodi Meadows, is an ordained healer and body wisdom guide who has been studying herbal & nutritional medicine, energetic therapy and spiritual counseling for over ten years. The temple society is growing rapidly despite the absence of a permanent physical location. This section of the website will be updated as the organization progresses and becomes an official church.
